Elise van der Horst is een Nederlandse zangeres en televisiepresentatrice, bekend onder de naam EliZe. Ze heeft van haar 8e tot haar 15e deel uitgemaakt van het koor van Kinderen voor Kinderen. Voor haar tweede album "More Than Meets The Eye" (2009) keerde EliZe terug naar haar oude platenmaatschappij Spinnin' Records. Opnames vonden plaats in o.a. Londen en Amsterdam. Het album werd met weinig promotie op de markt gebracht en kende wederom geen succes voor EliZe. De singles die van het album afkwamen (Lovesick, Hot Stuff en Can't You Feel It) werden bescheiden hitjes.

Floortje Smit is a singer from the Netherlands, which career started in season three of the Dutch TV talent show Idols, the Dutch spin-off of Pop Idol. In a surprising twist, Smit, a big audience favorite with her girl-nextdoor image, lost in the final to Raffaëla Paton. Despite losing the competition, she went on to start a music career. Eskimos and Egypt were a late 1980s to mid 1990s crossover band based out of Manchester, England. The band were influenced by early electronic acts such as Kraftwerk, Human league, Gary Numan and underground electronica such as SPK, Clan of Xymox, The passage and 4AD acts such as This Mortal coil. They were known as one of the first acts to incorporate live instruments into early 90's dance music, and their live shows were a mix of dance based electronica and metal guitars. Extreme is an American rock band, headed by frontmen Gary Cherone and Nuno Bettencourt, that reached the height of their popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Among some of Extreme's musical influences are Queen and Van Halen. The band have described their music as "Funky Metal". ´Get the Funk Out´ is the second single from Extreme's second studio album "Pornograffitti".
