Jim Steinman With Karla Devito - Dance In My Pants b/w The New York Philharmonic Orchestra Storm (Prologue To The Album "Bad For Good" (1981)

"Dance in My Pants" is a song, written and produced by Jim Steinman. It featured female vocalist Karla DeVito (which is also singer on Meat Loaf's "Paradise by the Dashboard Light".

The song repeat the “Bat Out of Hell” formula instead of building upon it; the obvious culprit in this arena is "Dance In My Pants," a duet that gratuitously recycles the battle of the sexes verbal sparring and the multi-part structure to less-impressive effect.

"Dance in My Pants" was the 3rd single taken from Steinman´s “Bad For Good” album.
